An account that matches your business

Your number is verified by SMS before the account is created. You then choose whether you offer services, products or both.

5 simple steps to set up your profile

Each screen answers a practical question. You can go back without losing your progress, then review the profile before publishing.

Business identity

Choose a clear name, describe your business and indicate whether delivery is available. Customers can see this information.

Product and service catalogue

Choose exactly the products and services customers can request from you.

Plumbing and sanitation Hairdressing and care Taxi and delivery General groceries Computer repair Events

The choices adapt automatically depending on whether you sell services, products or both.

A location that matches how you work

Fixed
A shop, office or premises found at its address.
Mobile
A business found near its current location while it is online.
Markets and events
A separate location defined for each published appearance.

If you travel to clients, indicate the areas you cover and the maximum distance you can travel.

Brand or network, if applicable

If several establishments share the same brand or network, connect them here. Otherwise, simply skip this step.

Summary before publishing

Check your business information, what you offer and where clients can find you. You can still change every section before selecting Validate and publish.

Publish what customers can actually choose

An offer describes what you sell. An event announces where and when customers can find you.

A seller prepares her stall while checking her phone at a market.

Publish an offer

Add a clear title, helpful description, photos, price and dates. The form only asks for details useful to your activity.

What clients can choose
A service, a product or both
How the price is shown
Fixed price, free, negotiable, on request or by unit
Helpful information
Depending on your activity: duration, available quantity, service area or sales format

Publish an event

Tell clients where and when to find you for a market, visit, special sale or upcoming service.

What you announce
A name, a short description and, if useful, a poster
Where and when
The place, dates and times clients need
How often
Once, every day, every week or on selected dates

Weak connection: changes without photos are saved and sent automatically when the network returns.

Stay in control of your availability

Choose when clients can contact you, then follow each request from acceptance to completion.

Choose how clients see your availability

  • OnlineYou can receive new requests.
  • BusyCustomers can still see you but cannot send you a new request yet.
  • OfflineYou no longer appear in searches and receive no requests.

A mobile profile shares its location only while online. A fixed profile remains located at its address.

The need, address and schedule help you decide.

  2. Confirm

The client sees that their request has been accepted.

  3. Start

Mark the request as in progress when the service really begins.

  4. Complete

Close the service when the work is truly finished.

  5. Build your reputation

The client can then share a rating and comment.
