1. Acceptance and access to the service

By creating an account, selecting the acceptance box or using the platform, you confirm that you have read these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept these documents, you must not create an account or use member-only features.

Registration is reserved for people aged at least 16. A minor must have the permission and support of their legal representative where required by law. Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.

The account is personal. You must protect your codes, passwords and devices, and promptly report any suspicious access. Verification of the phone number using a one-time code may be required.

2. Role of AMBULANT SERVICES

AMBULANT SERVICES provides search, publishing, alert, booking, communication and geolocation tools. These tools may notably be used to view offers, products, services or events and contact their author.

AMBULANT SERVICES acts solely as a technical intermediary. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, the platform is neither the employer, agent nor operational subcontractor of a service provider. The customer and provider agree directly on the nature, price, timing, location, payment method and any warranties for the service.

The platform does not guarantee the permanent availability of a listing, the conclusion of an agreement, or the outcome, quality or payment of a service agreed between users.

3. Verified profiles and due diligence before taking action

When a provider registers, AMBULANT SERVICES checks the information and supporting documents requested for the profile. This verification is limited to the material available at the time. A verified profile or badge is not a recommendation, permanent skills certification, solvency guarantee or promise of proper performance.

This duty of care applies both ways: the customer must check the provider, and the provider must check the customer as well as the feasibility and safety of the request. Each person remains responsible for deciding whether to enter into an agreement with the other.

4. Phone number and GPS location

Proximity and phone contact are central to the service. By registering, you accept that your verified number and the required location data are processed and shared in the situations described in the privacy policy, notably with the person concerned by a matching search or an accepted booking.

• The number is not intended to form a public directory.
• Before a valid relationship exists, exact contact details remain hidden and a mobile provider location is approximate.
• A fixed business location may be published as part of the professional profile.
• Precise or background tracking of a mobile provider requires Android or iOS permission and the provider choosing to go online.
• A customer is never silently turned into a provider who is tracked in the background.

You may withdraw a permission in the device settings or stop tracking by going offline. Some proximity, directions or connection features will then no longer work.

5. Rules of use

Every user agrees to:

• provide truthful information and not impersonate another person;
• comply with the law, the rights of others and the requirements of their activity;
• publish only lawful and sufficiently precise offers, prices, availability, images and events;
• obtain any qualifications, licences, insurance or authorisations required for the proposed service;
• not harass, discriminate, threaten, defraud, send malicious content or misuse obtained contact details;
• not scrape profiles in bulk, bypass access controls or disrupt the platform;
• honour appointments and promptly tell the other party about any change or cancellation.

Ratings, reviews, photos and other published content must reflect a real experience and must not infringe another person’s rights. You grant AMBULANT SERVICES a non-exclusive permission, limited to operating and promoting the platform, to display and technically adapt content that you choose to publish.

AMBULANT SERVICES is not an emergency service. For a medical, police, fire or other immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service and do not rely on a platform search.

6. Responsibilities and limitations

Each user is responsible for their actions, communications, content and agreement with another user. To the extent permitted by law, AMBULANT SERVICES cannot be held liable for loss caused solely by a third party’s service, misleading information from a user, an external payment, or the customer’s or provider’s failure to make reasonable checks.

No clause limits AMBULANT SERVICES’ legal duties regarding security, data protection or operation of its own services, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where an incident is attributable to us, it is assessed in light of our actual intermediary role and the direct loss demonstrated.

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, networks, GPS, app stores or technical providers. We use reasonable means to restore essential features without promising absolute availability.

7. Account, changes to these terms and applicable law

An account or content may be restricted, suspended or removed in cases of suspected fraud, risk to others, breach of these terms, legal obligation or security risk. Where possible and appropriate, the user is informed and may contact support. Users may also request account deletion from the application.

These terms may change to reflect a change to the service, the law or security measures. A material change will be announced prominently and may require renewed acceptance. The date at the top of the page identifies the applicable version.

These terms are governed by Senegalese law. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent Senegalese courts, subject to any more protective mandatory rule.
